Breathing & Movement
A course for pregnant women or mums with children under 2 years, who are experiencing maternal mental health problems
A helpful mix of gentle movement and calming breathing techniques to relax your body and mind.
45 minute sessions, with free creche provision.
Taught by the lovely Kate Vear, who is qualified in pre and postnatal exercise. The classes are suitable for women over 14 weeks pregnant, or 6-week post-birth.
